Takket være Sage's Blog Tours, fikk jeg muligheten til å lese Bigfoot (Mysterious Monsters Book One) av David Michael Slater og nå kommer omtalen av boka.

The Mattigan kids don't believe in things that go bump in the night. After all, their dad is famous for proving such things are impossible. But, when their long-lost Grandpa Joe shows up with his Mysterious Monsters journal, begging for help, the siblings find themselves drawn into a search for Bigfoot. 

Along the way, they'll have to deal with meddling babysitters, suspicious psychics, a YouTube disaster, and their furious father. To solve this mystery, Maddie, Max, and Theo must rethink what's possible — and make lots of peanut butter and banana sandwiches.

Selv om jeg sånn sett kanskje er litt for voksen for boka, likte jeg den. Noe av grunnen til at jeg likte den var på grunn av dynamikken mellom ungene, samt at jeg lenge har vært fascinert av Bigfoot.

Annoncing the 2023 Diversity Reading Challenge

As it's 2023 in less than two months, I figured out it was time to annouce the 2023 Diversity Reading Challenge. I’m not going to make any categories or levels for this challenge, as I want it to be a bit flexible. Read as many books as you feel like reading and yes, it can be children’s books, graphic novels, e-books, non-fiction, audio books, poetry and you-name-it.
